Terms and Conditions
Trip Costs: Unless otherwise noted in the vacation description, the price of the vacation includes all accommodations, transportation, meals, admissions, and supervision. Vacations regularly have a 1/3 ratio unless otherwise noted. The price does not include personal spending money or incidentals. Any incidental expenditures incurred by a vacationer are the responsibility of the vacationer.
Payment and Deposits: To reserve a place on any vacation, a deposit of (50%) of the total trip price is necessary. No reservations will be confirmed until a deposit is received. The balance due is payable up to 45 days prior to the departure date. Registrations submitted within 45 days of departure date must be accompanied by full payment.
Cancellations: If you cancel your vacation at least 45 days prior to the departure date we will refund your money, less a $25.00 processing fee. Airline tickets are not refundable.
Conduct: OUTPOINT reserves the right to expel any vacationer from a trip for any lawful reason, including but not limited to conduct detrimental to him/herself, other vacationers, chaperones, or the general public. Any expenses incurred by OUTPOINT due to the expulsion of the vacationer, including, but not limited to transportation, accommodations and communications will be the liability of the vacationer and reimbursable to OUTPOINT upon receipt.
Liability: OUTPOINT shall not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage that may result from weather, theft, civil disturbance, or acts of god. OUTPOINT reserves the right to substitute accommodations, transportation, and alter the itinerary when necessary. Substitutions will be of a similar nature. If this is not possible we will refund you the value of the difference. OUTPOINT also reserves the right to modify prices, trip dates, or means of transportation.

If you live too far from any of our departure or arrival locations to meet us, we can offer you private round trip transportation from your home, the cost varies depending on time and distance. We also can arrange to pick you up the day before the trip is scheduled and include overnight accommodations including meals for an extra charge and then return you home.
